Our group coordinator can assist you in finding group discounts for your team. Group discounts begin at groups of 10 or more.
Process:
- Place an order with our group coordinator.
- A batch of license keys is issued to you.
- Each team member will activate their license for the course.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Purchase orders are accepted. Our group coordinator can assist with the processing of your purchase order.

How long does each team member have to access their course?
All group access is issued for 90 days. They will have 90 days from the date they activate their license

How long are the license keys valid?
From the date of issue, each license key is valid for 1 year (365 days). The license key must be activated before it expires.

How do my team members activate their license?
To activate their license, they will access our website, HCTAUSA.org, and click Redeem Code from the top of the home page. The redemption will guide them in creating an account and grant instant access to the course.

Are all license keys unique?
Yes, every license key is unique. Unique license keys allow you to track who has what key, and you can control your inventory.

Can I revoke a license key and transfer it to another nurse?
Yes. In your Key Manager, you can revoke any license key that has not yet been activated. Once you revoke a license key, it is changed and ready to be issued to another nurse.

How can I manage my license key inventory?
After we issue your license keys, you will gain access to your “Key Manager” on our website, which is exclusively for your use; from there, you can issue license keys to your team, revoke them, or add more to your inventory.

How long before I receive license keys after placing an order?
There are two ways to place an order for license keys: 1) Via a purchase order from your organization OR 2) Placing an order directly on our website. Each is explained below:
Purchase Order/Check/EFT Payment: Your accounts payable department will need to establish us as a vendor and process the invoice for your purchase order. Once we receive payment, we instantly issue the batch of license keys. Of note: each organization has a varied process in how they process invoices, set up vendors, handle accounts payable, etc. However, the moment we receive payment, we instantly issue your license keys to your account.
Credit Card Payment (via our website): This procedure is the fastest method to obtain license keys and is instant upon your credit card payment being processed. With this method, you place your order on our website and enter your credit card, the license keys are instantly added to your key manager.
